Tasting Note: Sauvignon Blanc grapes are hand-picked in the early Marlborough light. Making wine in the Methode Traditionnelle style, the way it has been done for hundreds of years, takes time, patience and love. The wine is pale gold with a delightful fine effervescent bubble. Delightful aromas of warm brioche bread and subtle toasty oak are met with a a palate of biscuit and soft sweet herbs with ripe peach. Pairs perfectly with oysters, a festive celebration or simply on its own.
